How do I sign up?

What types of payment are accepted?
We accept checks and all major credit cards.
What day will my trash can be cleaned?
Cleaning occurs on the same day as your trash pickup day to ensure that your cans are as fresh as possible.
How do I cancel?
You may cancel your subscription at any time by calling our team at 402-580-0468.
Can I gift a cleaning to a friend or neighbor?
Yes! Please contact us with their address, and we will add their services to your existing account for billing. If you want to give a one-time cleaning, we are happy to provide that as well.
How will I know when my next scheduled cleaning will take place?
The Can Cleaners provide services to your neighborhood at least once every month. Your service cycle could begin within a week of signing up.
Why do I need The Can Cleaners when I can do it myself?
Cleaning your own trash can wastes water, exposes you to bacteria and aggressive chemicals, and pollutes the environment. How do you dispose of the dirty water?
All contaminated water is deposited into the sewage system, which is then processed through the local waste treatment facility.
Can I place my service on hold if I am going out of town?
No problem! Just give us a call and we’ll be happy to reschedule for another time.
Do I have to sign up all of my trashcans?
No. We charge per trash can, but offer a discounted rate for each additional can.
